Practice Areas
Litigation & Arbitration
Leveraging on our extensive experience with "bet the company" litigation that threatens the very survival of a business and high-stakes arbitration where you get only one chance to present your case, our Litigation and Arbitration practice represents entrepreneurs, investors, medium-sized enterprises, and small businesses in commercial disputes in all U.S. courts and before all major arbitral tribunals.
Judgement Enforcement
Unfortunately, parties who lose in litigation or arbitration do not always honor the result. In these frustrating scenarios, our Judgement Enforcement practice leverages our extensive litigation experience, investigative insight, and strategic thinking to ensure that our clients’ hard-fought legal victories hold real value. Our thorough understanding and aggressive pursuit of all the available legal options enable our judgment creditor clients to secure payment when dealing with an uncooperative losing party.
Asset Recovery
Our Asset Recovery practice represents liquidators, trustees, and receivers, as well as creditors, investors, and victims of financial fraud in various aspects of asset recovery. Utilizing a powerful arsenal of law enforcement grade and open-source intelligence (OSINT) tools, we trace, identify, seize, and recover client assets of all types. We recognize the challenges clients face, particularly in funding these efforts after significant losses or when assets have been concealed. Accordingly, we offer contingent or quasi-contingent arrangements, often in collaboration with litigation funders chosen by clients, to facilitate recovery efforts across the nation and around the world.
International Private Client
Our International Private Client practice represents non-U.S. entrepreneurs, investors, and family offices with the acquisition, structuring, financing, and sale of U.S. real estate and businesses. We also provide our international clients comprehensive support by serving as a one-stop point of contact for real estate financing, asset protection planning, property management, insurance, and accounting services via our vetted network of providers.
Global Immigration
Our Global Immigration practice represents non-U.S. entrepreneurs, investors, and families before U.S. consulates and embassies around the world in the application, processing, and obtaining of U.S. visas. We also assist recently arrived migrants in navigating the intricate processes involved in applying for and processing U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) Form I-589 (Application for Asylum and for Withholding of Removal).
